"We are very pleased with the quality house Rich has built for us. In addition to being a master builder, Rich is also a master construction therapist. He talked us through the process from start to finish, and more than once he talked us down from the ledge when we were ready to lose it.

Once construction really got going, we walked through the house every weekend and took notes and wrote down questions and suggestions which we then emailed to Rich. During the week Rich would answer our questions and make the changes that we asked for (or explain to us why one of our suggestions might not be the best way to go).
